Cautus Geo has installed SAAF deformation cables at Tveiten transformer station in Tønsberg. These will be used for automatic monitoring of vertical ground settlement. Data is transmitted to Cautus Web for real time monitoring.
The ground contains clay soils, and the SAAF cables will monitor stability in the ground during filling, construction and operation of the transformer station for two years.
The client is Kolstad AS, who is performing the construction work for Statnett.
