For the second summer in a row, Marthe has been temping at Cautus Geo. Last year she was the first summer temp in the company's history.

- "We're very pleased with the job Marthe has done. She has been closely involved in following up our projects over the summer and has come in with fresh study skills and energy," says CEO Atle Gerhardsen.

Well-being and added flavour

- I wanted to come back. I enjoyed the work tasks and the academic environment last year. It gave me a taste for more and now I'm back with new insights and better prerequisites for studying technical geosciences at NTNU," says Marthe.

She is now in the process of completing the 4th year of the civil engineering programme.

Theory and practice

- The experience from Cautus Geo makes it easier to connect theory with practice. "I've gained a clear picture of how monitoring can be used as an effective tool when dealing with problems in the geosciences. It's an experience I value highly," says Marthe.

Broad expertise

She contributed to a wide range of projects this summer. It provides practical experience of monitoring in various projects in geohazards, building and construction, environment and structures.

- It's given me useful skills that I'm taking with me," says Marthe.
