Identifying potential problems
We offer soil measurements with soil moisture sensors, also known as volumetric water content sensors. They measure the amount of water in soil.
In some projects, knowledge and insight are needed into how the preservation conditions are and develop in the soil, e.g. through "in situ" preservation during archaeological investigations. In other words, cultural artefacts are left untouched where they are, with the intention of being investigated in the future.
Soil moisture sensors can either be used for quick measurements or installed to provide continuous data over time. This makes them valuable for both short and long observation periods.
