Hiring to grow

A product manager has joined the company in a newly created position. The CFO is now being recruited and positions have been advertised in the geosciences and automation sectors for the fast-growing company.
Cautus Geo has just acquired the PE company Equip as its new majority shareholder. Turnover is 50 million. The ambition is to grow a lot. Growth will come organically and through acquisitions in Norway and internationally.
- We mean business. We are now strengthening the team. We'll be recruiting a CFO and are looking for new heads to strengthen us in the geosciences with automatic monitoring and in automation with electrical expertise," says Østlie.
He took over the management of one of Europe's leading technology companies in automatic monitoring of structures, land, water, climate and the environment at the turn of the year. The company has developed a wide range of different sensor technologies and a proprietary web solution, Cautus Web, for collecting, processing, analysing and alerting data from various sources.
- "We're currently developing several different measurement systems and leading a number of large and exciting development projects where we offer solutions to an international market. Now we need more dedicated and good minds to keep the pace high in the future," says Østlie.
